Building a strong foundation for your nutrition journey.
Your initial consultation is an opportunity for you and your dietitian to understand the factors that shape your food choices and build a plan that works for your life.
Your dietitian will take the time to understand your home environment, work routine, food preferences, cooking skills and key health goals. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you have.
Every initial appointment includes a body composition scan, showing how much of your body is muscle and fat, and where it is carried, to guide your nutrition plan.
Rebates may reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
