An open, structured conversation about what matters to you.
Your initial consultation is an opportunity to begin understanding the connections between your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. There is no expectation to have everything figured out before you arrive.
Your psychologist will engage in open discussion to address your concerns, explore what is driving your current patterns, identify the changes you feel comfortable making, and create an actionable plan to move forward.
Prior to your appointment you will be sent a consent form and two brief questionnaires by email. Please complete these before you arrive to help get the most out of your session.
